Return/ Refund Policy
Due to our products being made to order and some items being perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please contact us directly if you are unhappy with your product or have any issues - wonderseekerssp@gmail.com. We are happy to replace items that are faulty, however, we have a 7-day policy, so please get in touch as soon as you receive your item.
Faults, Damages & Other Issues
Please ensure you inspect your products upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any damage or if an item is defective. A faulty item is one that does not include all of its intended components, does not function as specified, or exhibits manufacturing defects. If you encounter such issues, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange process.

To address any faults, damages, or other issues effectively, we kindly ask you to provide the following:
1. A detailed description of the issue.
2. Photographic evidence of the damage or defect, if applicable.
3. Your order number and contact information. Upon receiving your report, we will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Remember, our products are designed with children's safety and enjoyment in mind, and we adhere to strict quality control standards. However, in the rare event that an issue arises, we are here to help make things right.

Non-returnable items
Certain items/ products cannot be returned, such as custom products and all playdough. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality products, so if there are any issues or what you received is not what you were expecting, please get in touch so we can make it right!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
In the event a refund is approved, you will be refunded as per your original payment method. Please note, this can take some time to be processed through your bank or credit card company.
